Blogger Tutorial: Remove Showing Posts With Label

FAQ: How to remove the "Showing posts with label" tag from the Blogger layout?

The default message that appears for label pages.

For any default Blogger layout, the "Showing posts with label [tag]" message shows up above the posts whenever you click on a label link. As it's a pretty useless and tactless message, many people like to have it removed. If that is your wish, just follow the tutorial below:

Before editing any templates, make sure you backup your original layout in the case that something goes terribly wrong. (Something always goes terribly wrong. Take the hint.) To download your current template, go to Template and hit Backup / Restore.

To remove Showing posts with labels:

1. Go to Templates

2. Click on Edit HTML

3. The follow message will appear:
Directly editing HTML may affect the way some features work and is only recommended for advanced users. Editing template HTML may unpredictably affect other Blogger features. We recommend using the Template Designer first, where you can Add CSS under the Advanced section.
4. Click Proceed

5. Click Expand Widget Templates

6. Search for and remove this entire section:
<b:if cond='data:navMessage'>
  <div class='status-msg-wrap'>
    <div class='status-msg-body'>
      <data:navMessage/>
    </div>
    <div class='status-msg-border'>
      <div class='status-msg-bg'>
        <div class='status-msg-hidden'><data:navMessage/></div>
      </div>
    </div>
  </div>
  <div style='clear: both;'/>
  </b:if>
7. Click Save

And you're done! If you can't get this to work or if your layout is arranged differently and you need help, post your problem below and I will try my best to help.
